[Building Sakai] Javadoc for kernel Snapshots

Hi All,

As an FYI I have refreshed the current snapshot artefacts for the 2
kernel branches (1.1-SNAPSHOT and 1.0.9-SNAPSHOT) to include the javadoc
jars. This means that if you want to set up eclipse to link the javadocs
you should now be able to for the SNAPSHOT artefacts as well as the
release artefacts.

FYI the following will setup your eclipse .project files with the javadocs:

mvn eclipse:clean eclipse:eclipse -DdownloadJavadocs=true
