[Building Sakai] build failure sakai 2.6

Angela,
I am not sure if tests are supposed to be ok in the current 2.6.x build, but
you can skip them by adding the parameter -Dmaven.test.skip=true in the
maven command line:
mvn -Dmaven.test.skip=true (...) clean install sakai:deploy
