No. I mean whether I can use other libraries that are NOT available on
<http://repo2.maven.org/maven2/net/sourceforge>
http://repo2.maven.org/maven2/net/sourceforge or not ?

Or I can only use which libraries that are on that site ?

It is on there but it's an older version. 2.6.3. You could try asking the
developers of the library to get it updated in the repository so you can use
the later version.
