[Building Sakai] FCK-editor missing at 'student submission' page in Assignment Tool, sakai 2-6-x

Hi,

In the current Sakai 2-6 version, the FCK-editor is not used for 'student submission' page (it's commented out in the source code) for the assignment tool.

Is there any reason behind this?  Just wandering since Sakai 2-5 has this feature.
