[Building Sakai] Sakai Jira/Confluence will be restarted this Sunday, May 10th

Hi all,

FYI, the servers hosting Sakai Jira/Confluence will be restarted between 
noon and 4pm Pacific time this Sunday, May 10th. The down time should be 
short, but we are allocating the large time frame in case of unforeseen 
circumstances.
