[Building Sakai] tasklist tool

you need to change the pom.xml for tasklist tool to match with  current 
version of sakai(assuming you are using some variant of 2.6)
otherwise tasklist tool should work out of the box for 2.5.*    
and in all case if you plan to make tasklist part of your own local 
installation of sakai you may need to  you will need to add an entry
  in master pom.xml
