[Building Sakai] K1: ECL 1.0 to ECL 2.0 (update)

I finished checking the 1.0.x branch and the files below are all  
destined for K1 1.1.0 release so KNL-137 will itself not trigger a  
1.0.5 release.  I'm now reviewing K1 Java code created in 2009 to  
make sure the copyright line in those files includes the year 2009.
