[Building Sakai] K1: licensing cleanup (ECL 1.0 to ECL 2.0)

A search of K1 trunk code has uncovered that seven files reference  
ECL 1.0 in the copyright statement.   I'll be updating these files to  
reference the ECL 2.0 copyright statement today.  This will likely  
mean that we will have to release K1 1.0.5 to include these  
corrections before the release of Sakai 2.6.0.
