I'm guessing your going to use the jldap provider ..

It depends how you created local accounts to tell you exactly what this
will do to your users.. Its been a while since I first went to using
our AD provider .. but I think this is what happened.

If your local sakai accounts match your AD accounts ie: sakai account
kpfoote would match my AD kpfoote account nothing much will happen user
wise except they better enter there AD password at login :-)

If your local accounts are different than the AD account nothing will
happen to the sakai local account. The user will have "two" methods of
accessing sakai.. I did this for a few users here, mostly our helpdesk types.

>From that point on whoever wants to login to your sakai instance and has
a valid AD account will be able to login.

This is from memory so I hope I got most right :-)

I am wondering what is going to happen with the existing user accounts when it connects to our AD for authentication. Also, I appreciate any help with the AD integration.
