[Building Sakai] Test & quizzes - quick create

Hi, Anybody knows if anyone is working on extending the Test & Quizzes Quick
Create tool (samlite)
to make it create other types of questions, to let you edit questions, or
anything like that?
Is this planned for Sakai 3 ?
Who do I talk to, if I am willing to implement those kind of functions?
