[Building Sakai] Favicon & Internet Explorer

Hi, all.

We aren't able to make that Internet Explorer (6 and 7) shows our own 
Sakai favicon. Firefox shows it ok, but IE shows its own favicon.

I have googled the problem and tried to add the next lines (one each time):

<link rel="shortcut icon" href="/favicon.ico" type="image/x-icon" />
<link rel="address bar icon" href="/favicon.ico" type="image/x-icon" />
<link rel="shortcut icon" href="/favicon.ico" type="image/icon" />
<link rel="address bar icon" href="/favicon.ico" type="image/icon" />

to the file 
portal/portal-render-engine-impl/pack/src/webapp/vm/defaultskin/macros.vm, 
but it is unuseful.

Any idea? Does somebody have had this problem?
