[Building Sakai] error starting Sakai 3.0.0-milestone1

Robert,

Are you using mysql? If it's the build I think it is, last I tried it didn't work with hsqldb.

I'm having a go at building a test instance of sakai 3.0.0-milestone1.
At the moment, its pretty much straight out of the box.

But when starting up it dies with the following errors.
Any ideas?
