[Building Sakai] error starting Sakai 3.0.0-milestone1

Well, to answer my own question...
Sakai 3.0.0 doesn't appear to like the tomcat (5.5.23+patches) that ships
with RHEL 5.3.

Under a standard tomcat 5.5.27 downloaded from apache.org, it works just
fine..
