[Building Sakai] mail sending failures - greylisting

Looks like the mail server setup was a little too cautious.

  After reading up on greylisting it turns out the SMTP server  
originally rejects emails and give you a grace period after which you  
can retry. In my case it was 10 minutes.

After that period the mail was sent successfully.
