[Building Sakai] Melete for Sakai 2.6.x

I believe I passed along jform-2.5.0 pom files for a 2.6.x build a while back 
to Murthy .. You could probably check them out if he still has them or
he put them in the build 

I haven't done melete due to time constraints..
