[Building Sakai] "images don't show"

Hi, 
 
Due to some network policies at my work place, i had to change the IP address of the Sakai server, images didn't show after doing that had to change the IP address manually to point to the Newly allocated IP address for images to show and dey did, but now they are not showing anymore and i also can't access anything i uploaded in the resources folder, i also can't upload new content anymore..any1 who encountered a similar problem pls help!! i believe solution lies in the /access/content/user/admin......path which i can't locate
