[Building Sakai] Site page ordering, programmatically

Hi

I want to add a tool to a collection of sites (personal work sites). I
think the only fastest way of doing it is via webservices but I can't
find a way to order the created page to the top (I googled around and
find that the "home" page is always on the, except explicit set to other
position).

I tried searching the core sakai code but I wasn't able to find
anything. I'm thinking in creating a webservice to order pages so we can
use it pragmatically.

Any help?
