[Building Sakai] VMware and Sakai

Is anyone running Sakai on VMWare?

We appear to be having some performance issues which I suspect may be IO bottleneck but haven't investigated fully yet.

If you are running VMWare:

Did you have any performance issues?
Is there anything you need to do to help performance?
