[Building Sakai] [Using Sakai] Give restricted admin permissions

Hi Jean-Philippe,

SakaiAdminX is completely web service based, the calls to getting the  
list of participants will call Sakai's web services to get the list so  
if you can see them in Site Info you'll be able to see them in the  
SakaiAdminX interface. It's pretty easy to add extra modules into  
SakaiAdminX so if you find something extra that you want added, you  
can just add your own.
