[Building Sakai] Samigo: allow retake does not show for a specific student

Can you please run following query and let me know the results:

select * from sam_assessmentgrading_t
where publishedassessmentid =:published_assessment_id and agentid =
:the_student_user_id

select * from sam_itemgrading_t where assessmentgradingid in
(:above_assessmentgrading_id)
