[Building Sakai] Remote access to AGORA.

Gopal,
Can you check that:

   - You have ${tomcat}/webapps/sakai-conferencing-tool/ folder in tomcat?
   - If you are using mod_jk or mod_proxy_ajp, you have a mapping to
   "sakai-conferencing-tool"?
