[Building Sakai] Remote access to AGORA.

Hello All,I am facing problem while accessing an agora tool inside sakai
course from remote/client machine.
I replaced all(used search functionality of eclipse to find instances of
localhost in agora tool and sakai.propeties) instances of localhost with my
server IP address.

but then also i could use agora tool from remote/client machine!

It gives me exception call unable to launch application.
