[Building Sakai] Sakai Subversion Down

[Maurer, Christopher Wayne]

Word on the street is that there was a power failure for a handful of
machines, one of which was hosting the VM that runs source.sakaiproject.org.
There is software in place to detect that and it moved the VM over to
another machine and start it back up.  So, all in all, I think it was down
for about 30 minutes.
