Hi Daniel,
We have been using the Georgia Tech utility with Respondus here at UD and had a good success rate with Multiple choice questions (from WebCT 4.1). See our training material, and help yourself if it works for you and you want to translate the whole thing.

Subject: [Building Sakai] Importing questions to Samigo
Importance: Low
Hi all. I have a quick question: is there any quick and easy way to
import tests from Respondus 3.5 to Samigo? Our multiple choices
questions aren't imported well in our 2.5.3 version.
I have tried to export the Respondus tests as a IMS QTI 1.2 standard
zip, there are also several platform's formats (Blackboard, WebCT, etc)
supported when exporting. Is any of these platforms compatible with Sakai?
Thanks in advance.
Regards.
