[Building Sakai] Sakai course on CD

I can't speak to specific Common Cartridge implementations, but I
think there is some action in the Sakai context. As I understand, the
1.1 version of the spec is slated for public availability a little
later this year. It includes a number of cleanup items and some nice
new features.

Chuck Severance should have more specific information if there are
folks looking to be more engaged sooner. Sakai is an IMS contributing
member and Chuck is the coordinator for the IMS developer network.

Thanks,
-Noah
