[Building Sakai] Default login page, bypass gateway site

Hello Steve,thanks for your reply,
Your talking about really advance functionality.
 I just wan a redirect user to page like xlogin.
Also instead of gateway site, I want that login page. so that any new user
will not be able to signup.NO gateway site.
I think I  need to changes some url redirect in skinable portal or somewhere
in existing functionality.
