[Building Sakai] About message of "Migration of data to the Binary format will be performed by this node"

Hi folks,
we've upgraded sakai from 2.4.x to 2.5.x on test environment. But every 
tomcat start, it waits for a while after the info message below. Is this 
normal?

INFO: Migration of data to the Binary format will be performed by this 
node  (2009-06-05 10:20:18,438 
main_org.sakaiproject.content.impl.DbContentService)
