[Building Sakai] Site Info

Hi Zhen,

We have converted our database from 2.5 to 2.6 using conversion script.. 
We have sites created in 2.5 with synoptics in Home Page, like 
"sakai.synoptic.announcement", "sakai.synoptic.chat" etc..

We are getting error message (see attached file) when we tried to remove 
those tools (Chat, Announcements, etc) from Site Info in 2.6. And it 
will not remove those tools from the sites created in 2.5.

Any idea what might be causing this?
