[Building Sakai] Sakai Confluence dashboard

Yes, we thought about this Ray.  We're trying to make things easier  
for newcomers, even those who have accounts on confluence.  So I don't  
think it is a simple as "logged in" or "not logged in".

The old dashboard still exists. If you bookmark http://confluence.sakaiproject.org/x/DwB3Ag 
, that should give you what you used to have.  There should even be a  
way to set a preference to make that your default dashboard, but I'm  
not sure how to do that exactly. We'll look into it.

I'll also say that Pieter Hartsook will be going over all of this  
stuff in the next few months, so things may change again.
