[Building Sakai] logging into SakaiAdminX

Looks fine, what about in catalina.out?
For 2.6 you will be getting some logging (assuming a recent build)  
from the web services.

Add this to sakai.properties as well:

webservices.log-allowed=true
webservices.log-denied=true
