[Building Sakai] sitebrowser & search - finding sites

So the sitebrowser tool only searches the site TITLES, it does not search
site descriptions.

The search tool, with Cambridge's wonderful "search all my sites" option,
searches resources, email archive etc but also doesn’t search site
descriptions.

So there's no tool in Sakai that will search a site description innit.

Has anybody extended sitebrowser to search on long and short descriptions?

Or indeed enhanced the Search tool to search on long and short descriptions?
