[Building Sakai] Samigo integration in JBoss 4.2.2

Hi Björn,

I know there are some incompatibility issues between jsf 1.1 and 1.2.
However, because I don't have the JBoss environment, I am not able to tell
you what's wrong. Hope there are some developers who have the same setup can
provide a solution.
