[Building Sakai] Sakai and CAS

Dear,
When I click on link login of sakai, it redirect to URL Login of cas.
Here is url:
https://nonglam.cntt.com:8443/cas/login?service=http%3A%2F%2Fnonglam.cntt.com%3A8080%2Fsakai-login-tool%2Fcontainer 
Please help me
