[Building Sakai] Sakai and CAS

Dear,
Here is my sakai.properties (../apche-tomcat-5.2.5/sakai)
http://www.nabble.com/file/p24609203/sakai.properties sakai.properties 
I still get error same above. It only redirect to
http://nonglam.cntt.com/sakai-login-tool/container?ticket=ST-9-50Lcf6UhKXWc00dAcspH-cas.
Please help me
Note: I config it after i build sakai-login-tool.
I dont know where it is. I know have many sakai.properties.
