CAS is redirecting to the wrong URL (the one without 28080). Do 
you have a line in your sakai.properties file that looks like 
this:

serverUrl=http://nonglam.cntt.com

If yes or if it is missing, please change it to:

serverUrl=http://nonglam.cntt.com:28080
