[Building Sakai] Installing Reset Password Tool

Using the admin Sites editor, add a new page and the tool in the !gateway site.

Hi all,

I am running Sakai 2.5.4.  I have just found out that the reset pass tool is
available!  I want to use this for guest accounts to reset forgotten
passwords.  

I have not been able to figure out how to get it on my portal page.  I have
added the following to sakai.properties: 
  visibleTools at org.sakaiproject.tool.api.ActiveToolManager=sakai.resetpass
  resetRoles.count=1
  resetRoles.1=guest

What else do I need to do?
