[Building Sakai] Sakai 2 Trunk build fails

This error is unreliable to reproduce and has been around awhile: This
was my comment back a few months ago:

"Our build (2.5.2) was stopped on this error today, after never seeing
it before. It seems to be really random and I can't seem to figure out
what triggers it. I've rebuilt search with tests around 50 times today
while working on other things and it failed with this error maybe 5 of
those times. It certainly isn't something you'll see every run and
you're just unlucky if it comes up. This was on a redhat linux local
filesystem."

There are a few other occasional unit test errors with search at the
moment as well, not reliably reproducible. We probably should drop
this test. For the meantime you can compile it skip tests or keep
compiling (it seemed to fail 5-10% of the time for me, though I
haven't seen it in awhile)
