[Building Sakai] Library upgrades in the Kernel

Hi All,

There was discussion on the list earlier of upgrading the versions of
libraries used by the kernel and sakai (and deployed to shared). For the
2.7 release. We would like to do these soon so that any issues raised
can be adressed ahead of the  2.7 release. The upgrades are tracked at:

And consists of:

Hibernate 3.2.6
javax.mail 1.4.1 (will require an activation upgrade)
commons-lang 2.4
commons-fileupload to 1.2.1
commons-loging to 1.1.1

Any objections?
