[Building Sakai] Scorm player showing different file name on uploading

Hi,

  I am uploading a flash animation (.zip file) in scorm player
(SCORM.2004.3ED.RTE), but after uploading it displays a different name. And
this name is of a content package I had uploaded earlier, but had removed it
from both scorm player & resouces. When i try to play it, it does open a new
window & shows me the tree but it doesn't show anything on the right
side...i get this error:

One more thing : in resources it shows both the files, the one i m actually
uploading & the one that shouldn't be (as a folder, & again its not the full
name of the file i uploaded earlier)

Has something got corrupted...need some help
