[Building Sakai] Sakai email notifications

Mame Awa Diop: 

In Assignment, student will receive submission confirmation email UNLESS
the "assignment.submission.confirmation.email" config variable is set to
"false" for the system. 

Instructor can choose email noti option for each assignment: 

 Do not send me notification emails for any student submissions 
  Send me a notification email for each student submission 
  Send me one email per day summarizing notifications for student
submissions 

So, there is no counterparts for "high-priority"/"low-priority" noti
option settings in Assignments tool.
