[Building Sakai] Trunk Builds Again

I've got my trunk building again, so thanks all. A note to all those OSX 
Tiger users out there: watch out for 1.6 specific annotations. Or, 
alternatively, dump OSX and move to Ubuntu so you can actually CHOOSE 
the JDK you want to use without having to fork out for an OS upgrade !
