[Building Sakai] PS -- What's new in Melete 2.6/2.7?

BTW - Almost all the code changes in Melete 2.6.1m2 through 2.6.1m5 relate
to internal Etudes archives code. 

The relevant change since the Melete 2.6 release last February is a critical
LTI fix in Melete 2.6.1m1 (Sept. 4).
