[Building Sakai] Sakai 2.6 cache headers and Internet Explorer

Hi All

Download of ressources are failing in Internet Explorer 7 (and maybe 8 
as well).

I get the error "The file could not be written to the cache" and it 
seems to be a known problem when combining "Pragma: no-cache" and 
"Cache-Control: |no-cache" with https.

Explorer has a setting to where you can prevent files from being saved 
from https sites but it has no effect on this.

How do we solve this ?
