[Building Sakai] Disabling "New Account" Sign up on default portal screen? Sakai 2.6

The "default portal screen" is actually a Sakai rksite pretty much like all
others called the "gateway" site.
If you go to the Sites tool and search for "gateway", you'll be able to edit
the site. Click the "pages" button and remove the "new account" page from
the site.
