[Building Sakai] Disabling "New Account" Sign up on default portal screen? Sakai 2.6

Hi folks,

I¹m trying to disable the Œnew account¹ sign-up option on Sakai¹s main
www.yourHomeDomain.com/portal page, can¹t seem to find anything in the
sakai.properties file ( searched Œaccount¹, Œregister¹, Œuser¹ etc ),  the
help, or by googling various versions of ³sakai disable new account².

There¹s gotta be an easy ³off switch² someplace.

Where is it?
