[Building Sakai] 2.6.x branch version

This came up previously as:

http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.comp.cms.sakai.devel/29723/focus=31670

and it seemed that after the release the 2.6.x branch would switch to
2.6-SNAPSHOT.
Is this still the plan?
