[Building Sakai] Sakai - Sakaibrary integration

[Nikolay Chillev]

I use Sakai 2.6, I read that Sakaibrary can not be dropped in unmodified
Sakai 2.5, rather modified version(mostly Resources module) in a separate
branch must be used, but for Sakai 2.6 I don't have info
