[Building Sakai] 2.7 Release Discussion - Basic LTI Portlet

Clay,

Thanks for the update - I am a strong supporter of keeping Sakai 2.7  
as simple as possible and so if my tool ends up waiting in contrib  
until 2.8 - that is fine with me.

Let me know if there is anything you need for your process.
