[Building Sakai] Emails from sakai

Hi there!

Where does sakai save the emails content ? For instance

A new resource has been added to the "XXXXYYYYZZZZ" site at RRRRR

Location: site "XXXXYYYYZZZZ" > Resources > document.pdf


I want to change that, but i can't find :(,  and what about translation?
