[Building Sakai] Menu heading issues

Hi All, 

We are searching for the .properties files of the menu headings (categores)
as shown in the first attachment:

And for "my sites" and "my workspace" tabs as shown in the second
attachment:

Also i want to ask about if it is possible to localize the navigators (as
shown in the third attachment) on the sites and where to find the files to
do that

So it could by localized. 
Where can we find them, or at least find their code? 

We are using rSmart Sakai CLE 2.5.2
